Cadence university program member

The Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique - INRS is a Cadence University Program Member. All Cadence tools are available for use by faculty, staff, and students affiliated with the University for use on academic research projects only and class work. The Cadence products actually used are:

  • Custom Integrated Circuits Bundle—for analog, mixed signal, and RF ASIC designs
  • Digital Integrated Circuits Bundle—for digital ASICs and used in conjunction with the Custom Integrated Circuits bundle for mixed signal designs
  • Verification Bundle—that incudes tools for functional verification, verification process automation, and pre-verified reusable verification IP components
  • Silicon Package-Board Bundle—that includes tools for PCB design and layout, PCB high-speed analysis, IC Packaging and simulation
  • Cadence Allegro/Orcad for Windows—printed circuit board (PCB) design and layout CAD tool
